The production base of Foshan Fengshu Door Industry Co., Ltd. is located next to Yuantan Primary School in Leping Town, Sanshui District, Foshan City. It covers an area of more than 200 mu and has an investment of 0.28 billion yuan. For more than 20 years, the company has been focusing on the R & D, production and sales of zinc alloy steel doors, aluminum alloy interior doors, stainless steel doors, toilet aluminum doors and other series of products, the production process has developed from sticking plastic wood grain paper on the steel plate to spraying plastic powder on the steel plate and then vacuum transferring the wood grain through high-temperature curing, thus protecting the steel plate from air erosion in all directions. The completed and put into production production lines include four production lines of aluminum alloy whole house furniture, steel door, aluminum alloy door and toilet aluminum door, with a daily output of about 2000 doors. The factory introduces environmental protection equipment, adopts brand imported electrolytic plate and imported Swiss spray gun, and the steel door is treated by high-tech phosphating, high-temperature baking paint, rust-proof and durable. After environmental protection testing, it does not contain toluene and formaldehyde, and its non-toxic, environmental protection and environmental protection emission reaches the national standard. It has its own independent embossing workshop, and many colleagues have come to our factory for embossing. It took nearly 9 million to introduce advanced Swiss Golden Horse coating production line, and the factory realized semi-automatic production. Product production and sales are booming, and due to excellent quality and honest management, it has long-term close cooperation with Country Garden, Vanke, Yuexiu Real Estate and other companies. At the same time, new products of interior doors are exported to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa and North America. At present, the annual output value of Fengshu door industry has reached more than 0.3 billion yuan, and the tax payment has reached A- level qualification. In order to meet the needs of expanding production, the same year investment of more than 0.1 billion yuan, more than 50 acres of land, the third phase of Fengshu Industrial Park is planned. At present, the installation and commissioning of the equipment have been completed, and the annual output value can be 0.6 billion yuan after it is officially put into production.
