Focusing on the research, production, and sales of a series of products such as zinc alloy steel doors, aluminum alloy interior doors, stainless steel doors, and aluminum bathroom doors, it is a high-tech enterprise specializing in vacuum transfer printing doors and a technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise manufacturer. The production process has evolved from sticking plastic wood grain paper on steel plates to spraying plastic powder on steel plates and then curing it at high temperatures for vacuum transfer printing of wood grain, thus fully protecting the steel plates from air erosion. The production lines that have been built and put into operation include four lines for aluminum alloy whole-house furniture, steel doors, aluminum alloy doors, and aluminum bathroom doors, with a daily output of about 2000 doors. The factory has introduced advanced environmental protection equipment, using brand-name imported electrolytic plates and imported Swiss spray guns. The steel doors undergo high-tech phosphating treatment, high-temperature baking paint, and are rust-resistant and durable. Environmental testing shows no toluene or formaldehyde, and the non-toxic environmental emissions meet national standards. There is an independent embossing workshop, and many peers come to our factory for embossing. Nearly 9 million was invested to introduce advanced Swiss Jinma coating production lines, achieving semi-automated production in the factory. The products are in strong supply and demand due to their high quality and integrity in business operations. We have long-term close cooperation with companies such as Country Garden, Vanke, and Yuexiu Property, while also exporting new indoor door products to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, North America, and other regions.
